Regenerative Organic White Basmati Rice

    Rinse rice then combine with coconut milk and water in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

    Bring to a boil then lower heat to a simmer, cover pan and let simmer for 35-40 mins or until most liquid has been absorbed.

    Remove pan from heat. Stir in condensed milk and coconut oil.

    Serve warm or chilled topped with bar pieces, mangos, chia seeds and cinnamon.
