Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1½ cups water
  • 3 tbsp tomato passata
  • 1 pkg Lotus Foods Millet & Brown Rice Ramen with Red Miso Soup
  • ¼ cup cannellini beans or other beans
  • freshly grated parmesan or vegan alternative, to serve

Millet & Brown Rice Ramen with Red Miso Soup

    Heat oil in a small saucepan or pot. Add onion, carrot, celery, and rosemary. Fry for 2-3 mins, until fragrant.

    Add the water, passata, soup packet and noodles. Cook for 4 mins, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.

    Once cooked, remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. Finish with a generous grating of fresh parmesan, or your favorite vegan alternative. Serve and relish the flavors!
