Combine and whisk sauce ingredients together.

In a non-stick pan, sauté chicken over a medium-high heat until almost cooked (~3-5 mins).

Add sauce and cornstarch mixture to the chicken and cook over a high heat for 10 mins, stirring occasionally as the sauce thickens. Lower to a medium heat and continue to cook until sauce is sticky (up to 10 mins), adding more cornstarch mixture if needed.

Prepare rice per directions on package.

Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
