    Cooks in 4 minutes!

    Step 1

    Add ramen cake(s) to boiling water. After one minute start separating noodles gently with a fork.
    Cook for 3-4 minutes or until noodles are just soft.

    Step 2

    Strain and rinse with cold water to avoid sticking.

      Tasty, but an absurd size--one tiny packet is for TWO SERVINGS!

      I can't tell if they're seriously suggesting you use one packet of ramen for a meal for two people, like you might each like to eat only 17 noodles, or if they're trying to obscure the nutrition information by hoping you won't notice they're listing figures for only half of the tiny package.

      Look--just put the full information on the package, and let the buyer decide.

      So good

      I was very skeptical about these, but they are really good. I use them for my homemade ramen. I cook them separately and rinse well in cold water then add them to my bowl with broth and toppings. They taste really good. I do think the serving size is small, so I eat 2 servings.

      Disappointed!

      This is the second time I bought the organic rice Ramen noodles from Costco. The first batch was so good and the noodles were much bigger noodle. The second bag were thinner, and they just didn’t have the substance like the others. I’m very, very disappointed I probably will not purchase anymore. I don’t understand why you would change something that was so so good the first time?

      Perfect bowl of healthy ramen!

      These noodles help me enjoy a healthy bowl of ramen whenever the craving hits. I was able to perfect doing these in the microwave as well. I place them in a deep, microwavable soup bowl, cover with water (just over the top of the noodles), add my seasonings (I use sodium free bouillon, Trader Joe's Umami seasoning, and chili garlic sauce), then top with greens, mushrooms, and/or whatever proteins I have on hand. I microwave for 4 1/2 minutes, let sit for a minute, then use a fork to separate the noodles. Then I let it sit again for a couple of minutes so the noodles can soak up the flavors. Top with scallions, cilantro, and hard-boiled or scrambled egg. Finish with a splash of vinegar. Ramen perfection!
