Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Lotus Foods Organic Brown Udon Rice Noodles
  •  tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  •  tsp black pepper
  • sesame seeds (for garnish)

Optional Toppings

  • cucumber, julienned
  • boiled eggs 
  • Korean green peppers, sliced

Organic Brown Udon Rice Noodles

    Cook noodles per directions on package. Rinse in cold water and set in strainer to drain. Set aside.

    While noodles are cooking, combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

    Add noodles to a large mixing bowl, then add desired amount of sauce. Mix gently with your hand and divide evenly between two bowls.

    Garnish with sesame seeds, and top with cucumber, eggs, and green peppers, as preferred. Enjoy cold!
