Ingredients

  • 2 cakes Lotus Foods Organic Wide White Rice Ramen
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • ½ cup scrambled eggs (or cooked vegan egg alternative)
  • chopped green onions, for garnish

    Cook noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

    Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 mins until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce and sugar, mixing until well combined.

    Add cooked noodles to the pan, followed by the seasoning and eggs. Toss everything together until evenly coated and warmed through.

    Sprinkle with green onions and serve immediately.
