Cook noodles according to the directions on the package. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.

Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1-2 mins until fragrant. Stir in soy sauce and sugar, mixing until well combined.
