Cook ramen for 6-7 mins, until slightly undercooked. Drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside to cool.

In a large jar or heatproof container, whisk together gochujang paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and peanut butter (if using) until smooth.

Add cooked noodles to jar, then layer broccolini, green onions, and peanuts on top. If not serving immediately, seal the jar tightly and store in fridge for up to 3 days. When ready to eat, remove jar from fridge and allow to come to room temperature.

To serve, pour vegetable stock, bone broth, or water into jar. Stir thoroughly to combine, being mindful the jar will be hot and ensuring the sauce from the bottom is fully dissolved.
