Organic Jade Pearl Rice™

    Place rice and water in an Instant Pot. Cook on rice setting for 10 mins and let the pressure release naturally. Transfer rice to a bowl and let it cool for 15 mins.

    Dip the Onigiri mold in water and scoop a heaping tablespoon of rice into the mold. Place a teaspoon of bacon and scrambled eggs in the middle. Scoop another heaping tablespoon of rice on top. Cover and press the mold to shape the rice. Release and place Onigiri on a plate. Repeat until all the rice has been used.

    Lightly brush both sides of each Onigiri with coconut aminos.

    Arrange Onigiri side by side in an air fryer basket. Cook for 5 mins.

    Brush the top with coconut aminos and cook for another 5 mins. Do this step twice.

    Once the Onigiri is golden brown, transfer to a plate.

    Dip seaweed strips in coconut aminos and wrap the bottom of each Onigiri.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
