Organic Brown Jasmine Rice is a long, whole grain rice grown on small farms in Cambodia and Thailand. This premium variety of Jasmine rice is called Phka Malis, which in Khmer language means beautiful garland of flowers because of its delicate floral aroma. Our Brown Jasmine Rice is exceptionally soft, making it an ideal replacement for white rice in any dish. Its whole grain bran layer gives the rice a nutty aroma reminiscent of buttered popcorn.

Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice

Serving size 1/4 cup
Cooks in 30 minutes!
Step 1
Combine 1 ¾ cups of water,
1 cup rice and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 3
Cover, reduce heat and simmer
for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat.
Let stand covered for
a few minutes.
Step 5
Fluff and serve. A rice cooker
may be used with the same
water-to-rice ratio.
