Cooks in 3 minutes!
Step 1
Add ramen cake(s) to boiling water. After one minute start separating noodles gently with a fork and reduce heat to a low boil.
Cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are just soft.
Step 2
Strain and rinse with cold water to avoid sticking.

These noodles are a mainstay either on their own with a little olive oil and tamari sauce, or the base for lo mein, pad Thai or marinara sauce. They make dinner prep so easy, and are very nutritious

This is my second time buying the Organic Millet & Brown Rice Ramen 48 Pack, and I love them so much I'm a Lotus Foods customer for life! Great quality and flavor and texture. The only thing I suggest is rinsing the noodles off before you boil them to get all the cloudy starch off of them. It makes my ramen that much better.
