I probably average 5 bricks of Lotus Food noodles a week and love them. If I did that with other brands I would be eating way too much salt and calories. So these are a great compromise as they're delicious and healthier.

I've found using more water makes for better noodles but dilutes the broth so I often add a little extra seasoning such as ginger, garlic, onion powder, no salt chicken broth, soy sauce, gochujang or other.

The package I bought looked similar .... NO mention of Red Miso Soup.... only Brown rice flower and organic millet flower listed as ingredients on the package... got very ill from allergic reactions.. WHAT ingredients that are not on the labeled bag are in there??? thanks!

Our local Costco no longer carries the bulk package of Rice Ramen (no flavorings) that my son with celiac disease has eaten for several years. We found this product on Amazon and we were really excited that it actually came with seasoning. Shortly after eating it he had a severe gluten reaction, running a high fever and vomiting. Maybe there was a batch that got contaminated? It is a great concern to us that he reacted this way to a product certified gluten free.

This ramen with red miso is so delicious with a little milk and sesame oil which makes the broth creamy and super flavorful. My 2 1/2 year old toddler is a big fan and always asks for her "noodles"!

Super flavorful noodles! Nice texture too for gluten-free :)
