Serving size 1/2 piece serving size
Cooks in 4 minutes!
Step 1
Add ramen cake(s) to boiling water. After one minute start separating noodles gently with a fork.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until noodles are just soft.
Step 2
Strain and rinse with cold water to avoid sticking.

Delicious, healthy and convenient! These are awesome!
Delicious: good "springy" texture, and a fairly neutral noodle flavor that goes well with lots of sauces.
Healthy: Unlike the "forbidden" black rice ramen noodles, these are 100% whole grain (brown rice and millet), with 4g fiber per "cake".
Convenient: They are sized for an individual meal, and cook up OK in 2-3 cups of boiling water. Just watch out for sticking during cooking; they can be a bit difficult to separate.

These are our go-to weeknight noodles. Our house is gluten free but LOVE a good ramen after a busy day and these are absolutely the best!

The noodles are hearty and filling. They’re not overly soft, gummy, or mushy. I prefer the texture of these noodles to any other instant noodles I’ve tried. They are gluten-free and vegan friendly which is a plus.

I can't tell if they're seriously suggesting you use one packet of ramen for a meal for two people, like you might each like to eat only 17 noodles, or if they're trying to obscure the nutrition information by hoping you won't notice they're listing figures for only half of the tiny package.
Look--just put the full information on the package, and let the buyer decide.
