I tried it out for the first time, i needed a quick breakfast – so tasty and delicious! I realize that now when i forget to cook my rice for dinner, i can use this delicate rice as a quick solution. Not only is it fast to make, but so good and nutritious! Thank you for adding this new (to us) kind of rice which is really an ancient delicacy. And I cherish when you give us the background on different heirloom varieties.
